Sullair 375H AF Portable Air Compressor Combines Instruments Quality Air With On-Site Convenience
MICHIGAN CITY, IN — February 2010 — Sullair Corporation announces the availability of its 375H AF portable air compressor that delivers instrument quality compressed air conveniently and cost effectively to nearly any work setting. On construction sites, this innovative mobile system provides the clean, dry air necessary for media blasting and painting or protective coating applications. It can also be used as a convenient source of high quality supplemental, replacement of emergency plant air for instrumentation, process equipment and other industrial applications that require critical quality compressed air.
Available with a choice of either Caterpillar or John Deere 4-cylinder diesel engines, both of which are Tier 3 Emission Compliant, the Sullair 375H AF compressor delivers 375 cfm at 150 psig. This highly useful compressor is just one of Sullair’s AF System models, which includes eighteen additional compressors ranging from 300 to 1600 cfm, with pressures from 100 to 200 psig. These versatile AF compressors are also capable of producing standard quality compressed air.
The Sullair 375H AF portable air compressor is completely self-contained with all components enclosed within the canopy. This package includes a high-capacity, low-approach aftercooler; moisture separator with water/condensate trap; and a highly efficient contaminant-removal system. This AF System provides after-cooled and filtered air that meets or exceeds ISO 8573-1: Class 1.7.1 quality standards. The 375H AF also features a pneumatic inlet valve, 0 to 100% capacity control, protective shutdown switches and three-stage air filters with safety elements.
Other outstanding features of the 375H AF include a removable modular canopy; and large, padlockable service doors for easy access to fuel tank, engine, compressor air filters and tool compartment. The convenient curbside instrument panel provides ready access to the control systems, such as rocker-type engine start, mechanical air pressure gauge and high/low pressure selector valve. The compressor is factory-filled with Sullair’s AWF compressor fluid, formulated specifically for Sullair portable compressors.
